I am looking for information about determination of Midazolam Maleate by HPLC. Mobile Phase, Wavelength and something else. I have a method but I would like to improve the retention time and the shape of the peak.

Your question is very vague and is in need of the parameters you are using. Mobile Phase, column and wavelength for starters. We may be able to improve peak shape and retention time by a simple manipulation of your existing conditions.
