multicomponent analysis:
1.simultaneous equation method
2.derivative spectroscopic method
3.absorbance ratio method
4.absorbance correction method
5.geometric correction method
6.orthogonal polynomial method
7.differnce spectroscopy method

any other methods in uv spectroscopy for multicomponent analysis ??????????????

Partial Least Squares and Principle Component Analysis - it all depends on what you want to do.

Take a look at the "R" language - it is free: http://cran.r-project.org/ and it may even have everything you need for the fancier statistical techniques.

Scilab is another option - I just don't have that one in front of me at the minute.
