chlorosilane analysis

Does any of you, have already measure chlorosilane purity in chromatography mode? I have to measure H2-O2-N2-CH4-CO in Chlorosilane.
What is the best type of columns and configurations?
Is there any type of threatment necessary for Stainless Steel(valve, tubing and columns)?

we analyze a pure silane with molsieve packed columns and DID detector, for prevent silane go into Detector and need to add a pre-columns hayesep Q, the result is pretty good, for chlorsilane, normally use TCD and cant vent to atmosphere, actually we dont treatment for these tubing and valve, just some time need to bake the columns and DID

I would appreciate if you can send to me an email to dgagne@solutionld.com to have chance to exchange more information regarding those applications.
I do have chromatograms and informations on Silane. (I have configured a system to measure H2-O2-N2-CH4-CO-CO2 ppb and ppm in pure Silane and it is working good. I have configured it with a PED.)
I would now configure it for Chlorosilane and would like to know if you could share more details with me.(if you have chromatograms, columns...)

i think you need two series columns for chlorosilane analysis, one is for precolumn and the other for Air analysis, i think you should consider the RT between CH4 and chlorosilane, should chorosilane was eluted later than CH4, than backflush chlorosilane vent out to safety place. i think you can try 2M, 1/8, HAYSEP N or 2M, 1/8, TENAX GC as pre-column to seperate Air impurity and chlorosilane.
