Does anyone know if there are companies that still repair this type of GC/MS?

It is no longer supported by ThermoFinnigan or GenTech Scientific.

Thanks.

A local company named Terra Technologies in Louisville, KY used to work on these instruments. They are reliable but have a limited geographical area. However, they might be able to suggest alternatives. I used to run the GCQ systems myself before I retired. A lot of the basic hardware systems used in the GCQ are basically still in use with the newer models from Thermo such as the DSQ.

Thanks. I'll check into it.
