Can somebody recommend me a book about the fragmentation in LC-MS/MS, so really about the chemical background and the interpretation of mass spectra.
I seem to find plenty books about fragmentation in GC-MS, but none specific about LC-MS/MS fragmentation...

As far as I am concerned no such book is available. I once attended a course in interpretation of MS and MS/MS mass spectra. There I was told I could not buy any books covering LS-MS/MS spectra interpretation. For instance GC interpretation is available, but that does not help you here I know. If you ever succeed in finding such a book, please let me know as I am very interested too!
