Internal standard peak came out and integration also okay. But no response shown and retention time also shown as zero. Has anyone experienced this before? Please help! Thank you!

Geez, Samantha: tell the folks what instrument and software/version you're using, you've provided almost NOTHING.
We don't need to know what you had for lunch, etc.

hard to answer a question without full information but here are some typical scenarios where most software will fail to give a response:
(1) peak area is outside the range of the calibration standards, especially if you're using a quadratic fit calibration curve
(2) you didn't run a calibration curve...
(3) processing was set to do integration but not calibration/quantification
(4) qualifier ions are too weak/not at the correct ratio, so the peak has been rejected even though the main quantifier ion looks fine
