Don't expect a long life or an accurate analysis with a simple methyl silicone column.

Praveen,
I cannot speak to the column, sorry. To the detector, I would expect that you will not be able to get to very low levels just using a TCD, perhaps 50 or 100 ppm at best. There are earlier posts on this subject which discuss NPD, ECD, and PID as possible alternative detectors for this application if you need to go to lower levels.
Best regards.

I don't have hands-on experience to share with you. But if I had to perform this analysis I would offer this GUESS.
I would use glass or fused silica coated metal column with acid treated wool or teflon wool as packing retainers.
I would suggest a carbopack B packing, perhaps uncoated, or coated with a 1% or less carbowax 20M phase.
Are you working in industry? Or are you in a class at the university?
You certainly work with a lot of really unfriendly chemicals if you are in industry. I hope they pay you the really BIG bucks working with the chemicals you are asking about. If they don't they should.
best wishes,
