Hello!
I work with Perkin Elmer GC/MS.
Recently, the GC menu was disappeared in Turbomass software. Does anyone know what I should do for this issue? The error massage is as follows:

An error has occured starting the GC component
(Reason: TurboChrom already present)
Exit TurboMass, fix the problem and try again.

Your help would be highly appreciated.

I'm also working with PE GC-MS and know that problem to well.

Shut down the GC & Turbomass, then restart the GC & let it run for a few minutes (i usualy wait till the Log-in screen pops up)
then restart Turbomass.
If that does not help, restart the PC.
