Touch Glass for NL3224AC35-01

I have a Gas Chromatography Clarus 500 touch glass not working need a solution please!
Did you try to calibrate the touch screen ?
Power off the instrument , touch the screen at some point , power on again.
When prompted , continue touching some other 10 points on the screen to calibrate.
