Dear all, I used Agilent GC with Chemstation for my experiment. Now I need export the integration result for my data analysis. When I open one data file and click “integration resultâ€

Dangdang,

You can export to a text file as follows:
1. Go into the Data Aanalysis screen
2. Click on 'Report' in the menu bar.
3. In the resulting drop down menu, click on 'Specify report'.
4. A new window will appear. In the section 'Destination' make sure that the 'File' checkbox is checked.
5. You can then select what type of file you wish to save, in your case the .txt box should be checked.
6. Save your method.
7. Print out your report.
8. The report will be saved in the same directory as the data file. When you select a data 'file' in ChemStation, usually it ends with .D, you actually have a directory containing files. It is in the .D diretcory that you will find your text file.

Gasman

Thanks Gasman for your kind helpe. I have tried that method before I left the message there. Unfortunately, the data exported in the way you mentioned is the information in the report like peak RetTime Type Width Area Height Area etc. However, what I need is just the integrated results as I described. These information can be obtaioned when you click the "integration results" under "integration". But the screen could not be edited. I need export that part. Hope my expression is clear. Many thanks!

Hello again! Does anyone know how to add a micro for HPchem. Thanks
