analytical method development difficulty

am developing a uv and rp hplc method for the triple combination glimepride (2 mg)+rosiglitazone (2mg)+metformin (500 mg) tablets. it is quite difficult with this wide range of label claim. plz suggest me any ideas to develop a method in this combination.
