TSQ 7000 GCMSMS Tuning HELP

Anyone out there have some detailed instructions for a relatively novice operator on how to tune a Finnigan TSQ 7000 GCMSMS? Any printed information on this would also be welcomed.

Sorry, I do not have anything for TSQ but to help people respond you should also detail which data system you are using. Is it upgraded to Xcalibur ?
