How to insert an image?

I know it seems silly... but i really tried to attach chromatograms to a message to submit it here but it was no use....couls someone help me please?

What I did was do a screen capture, save it and then upload it to my account at photobucket.com. You can link the pic/chromatogram on here from there.

Of course, there are other sites you can use to host your pics/chromatograms (imageshack, etc.).
