I am currently looking for suggestions on headspace applications for our HT3 that require the samples to be heated to greater than 230C. The detection can be either GC/MS or GC/FID. Please contact me at rbardsley@teledyne.com

Do you really need HS or thermal desorption with cryofocusing would be an option?
Are you interested in ppm or ppb levels?
Which target analytes?

I believe Mr. (Dr.?) Bardsley works at Teledyne and would like ideas on what people are using the HT3 for in actual practice at high temps.
It's been a while since I've been to the teledyne website, but do you have any applications that need high temp for Food-Packaging extraction situations?
Also, there is another lab here in town that was looking to get an HT3, for use at higher temperature. If you contact Mr. Nameth, he may be able to fill you in more on the company and their applications.
