I have a Thermo GC-MS system (ISQ 7000 single quad, electron impact).

I'm trying to get retention time versus mass spectrum data into an excel file (or notepad, or any other standard format).

I've exported '.raw' files, but (despite their name), cannot extract the raw data that I need.

I would be very grateful for any advice that people could offer.

Thanks,

Daniel
Try to export sequence as .CSV file
