I would like to know if there is a way to change sample name information in chromatograms that have already been acquired and or processed in totalchrom? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Assuming you have user permissions you should be able to open up the sequence and change names as needed. Then you need to re-batch the sequence. When you re-batch you need to select one of two options for raw file treatment, either "update existing raw file header with new sequence" or "create new raw file with updated sequence info".
