please give information of in split mode 1:100 that means how much sample taken

I'm assuming that 1/100 of the flow is being used. So 1 mL/ 100mL.

As per my understanding every 100 parts of sample goes in to the GC 1 part goes to the injector and 99 parts purged.

Hi,
a split of 1:100 means: from e.g. a total flow of 101 ml/min 1 ml of carrier gas goes to the colum and 100 ml go to the split vent.
