Analysis of deanol bitartrate DMAE (DEANOL Salt)- organic salt- Dimethylethanolamine. Hello everybody here. I m working with DMAE – DEANOL Salt bitartrate in cosmetics samples., and I m look for an HPLC- DAD method Assay or GC- mass spectrometry method for analysis. Is any one know how to do it? Tks a lot. If I understand the structure correctly, if I was still working and faced with this, I think I would try dissolution in pyridine and then trimethysilyl derivatization.

Can the supplier help you at all with this?
