who knows to seperate the halogen carbon compouds

We want to analyse the CH3Br, CHCl2Br,C2H5Br,C2H3Cl2Br gases mixture in N2 balance, normally the concentration are ppm level, these gases were used for optic illumination, who knows the best packed columns or capillary to seperated them,have better the columns is packed so we easy to connection GC, does the FID have good response with these gases,who knows about these gases analysis, and or providing the instruments brand will get good results.

A typical VOA column should do a good job on this list. Column like SPB-624, DB-624, RTX-VMS, etc..... If you buy a megabore (0.53) it should be able to handle packed column flows so you can install directly. FID will give an okay response, probably ppm if you have a big enough injection loop which should be possible at packed flow rates. MS would probably do better as would some halogen specific detectors like ELCD or XSD.

ECD would also be a good option for electronegative compounds. J&W/Agilent make good columns, what kind of GC is it?

The GC is Gow-Mac, and configure with one sit-port valve and FID, the column is packed type, i prefer to buy a suitable columns for test those gases

SPB-624 - Supelco, DB-624 - Agilent (used to be J&W), RTX-VMS - Restek. Look on their web sites for these compounds and you should find chromatograms and conditions. As noted before, megabore's can typically run at packed column flows (up to 20-30 mL's/min) so they should be compatible with your instrument. Otherwise you can look at something like the SP-1000 packings that Supeco offers as an alternative packed column. Their web site should have the supporting chromatogram (713-0704.)
