Does anyone know how to create and view results of intersample custom fields in Empower? As an example, I would like a custom field to calculate the absolute difference between the areas of 2 injections of sample.

You can label one sample and create an inter-sample peak custom field to calculate the difference. The custom field can subtract the current sample minus the one that is labeled with a certain label. You can use CCompRef1 if you do not want the calculation to occur on all peaks.Does anyone know how to create and view results of intersample custom fields in Empower?
