Does anyone know how to create and view results of intersample custom fields in Empower? As an example, I would like a custom field to calculate the absolute difference between the areas of 2 injections of sample.

You can label one sample and create an inter-sample peak custom field to calculate the difference. The custom field can subtract the current sample minus the one that is labeled with a certain label. You can use CCompRef1 if you do not want the calculation to occur on all peaks.
