I met some problem during analysis. How to make sure the extraction method can destroy the liposome and extract the drug from tissue matrix. Doxorubicin is highly protein-binding

Protein binding can be suppressed by methods that impair the structure of the protein. Methods used are treatment with a strong acids such as HCl, H3PO4, H2SO4, strong alkaline solutions such as NaOH, or organic solvents such as acetonitrile. Other methods are possible as well, but these are very effective.
