Nucleotide separation columns available commercially?

For my experiments i need to separate all the nucleotide and hyperphosphorylated nucleosides from a cell extract.. Basically it would be nice if i can find a column which can bind these molecules and then can be eluted out later.. Is there a commercial chromatographic column which solves this purpose??

Look for the Oligonucleotide Separation Technology (OST) columns at the Waters website. You will find plenty of application notes, or you can get a brief overview in the column catalogue 720002784en.

Is it true that OST columns are just your normal BEH columns with a blue label ?

Alternativelly, you can use a CE method. There is quite a lot of papers dealing with analysis of intracellular nucleotides by CE. I found this one handy :
