Agilent 1100 ALS stuck on "Scanning System" Instant Pilot

I am having comm issues with an 1100 G1329A ALS. It will go through it's startup routine but I can not connect through LAN and when I plug my instant pilot in it sticks on the "scanning system" screen.

Any ideas on troubleshooting?

Fixed...

A FW downgrade to the instant pilot did it.
