IsNotAtomObject error in MassHunter with a PAL sampler

I am operating a 789A/5975C Agilent GC/MS equiped with an MPS2 autosampler. The GC/MS is controlled by MassHunter 10.0 SR1 and the autosampler firmware is 2.5.2 and its software is PAL version B.0.07. It is equipped with a SPME Arrow, needle heater and single magnet mixer.

When I run a sequence, I get an error: Validation of PAL Method Failed: BadAtomParam or Validation of PAL Method failed: IsNotAtomObject

Has anybody seen these errors? how can I find the misbehaving Object or Parameter?
