				Hi,
I am trying to develop a method in order to analyse LAS (Linearalkylbenzene sulfonate). Specifically I would like to be able to get peaks (that are actually gaussian) for each chain length and for each position of attachment of the phenyl ring. I am starting to get separation but the peak shape is horrible and/or coeluted. Does anyone have a method? I am currently using a DIOL column with IPA + 0.1% ammonium Hydroxide as the modifier and Methanol + 0.1% ammonium hydroxide as the ionisation aid. Negative polarity.
thanks
