Hi Everyone,

I've been struggling to figure out the best standby mode for the IC. I can't find anything on google searches, official websites or in any user manuals :?: .

A tech previously had it at .12 mil/min 10 millimolar and 117 milliamps
We now have it at .3 mil/min 10 millimolar and 60 milliamps

Seems like the first standby setting may have been bad? But we are unsure, if anyone has any recommendations and/or and links to any official standby setting modes that you can share that would be great!

Have a great thanksgiving!

What made the first standby mode bad? We have a different Dionex IC, but in general our standby is just the minimum flow that doesn't trigger a low pressure warning (usually 0.1 mL/min works, depending on the column you can go lower), eluent concentration that is recommended in the column manual for short term column storage (even though its continuously flowing, just in case we do need to shut the instrument down the column is already in its proper storage condition), and whatever suppressor current is recommended in the software for that eluent strength/flow rate.
