Hello

I was wondering if somebody knows a inexpensive (or free) software to calculate peak tailing, resolution, plate count etc. I have Xcalibure MS software and I don't want to buy ChromQuest.

Xcalibur MS software already has a system suitability section in the processing method set-up. It's geared towards marking peaks as pass/fail according to whether they meet predefined criteria, rather than telling you what tailing factor they actually have, but if that's what you're trying to do, it may help. Good luck.
