I am working on enatiomers.... as they have same RT and molecular weight is it possible to separate them on LCMS/MS without converting them to diastereomer and on C18 column............is it possible to adjust the voltages of mass in such a way that we can get different precursor ions for the enantiomers.

Regarding the beads, you shouldn't have any significant problems with the loss of a few beads over time. If half of them come out, then you should probably replace the heater. I think we regularly replace the heaters on the interval with the yearly preventative maintenance, if a significant number of beads have fallen out. I can't imagine that the reproducibility would be affected that much, and I have not experienced that much variability in any of the Turbo-V sources I use that could be attributed to the loss of the beads.
