Need response factor for EEE fuel using propane as span gas

Want to calculate grams from PPM of EEE gasoline emitted during FID test. Do not have exact chemical formula but Carbon weight fraction is 0.865, molecular weight of gasoline typically about 100.

Using Propane as span gas. My understanding is that response factors are function of span and test gases.

Am investigating method for establishing leak rate limits for automotive fuel components. Not a chemical engineer (Mech. Eng.) but hopefully learning FID testing fast!

All help appreciated.

You can get there (maybe) with a copy of a paper by Scanlon and Willis "Calculation of FID Relative response Factors Using the Effective Carbon Number Concept" Journal of Chromatographic Science, Val 23, August 1985

Can't seem to find reference to that article, appears to be beyond search age for their website. But looks like there are a couple others that might be applicable. Any suggestions? Also is there an approximate calculation of response factor knowing span gas, test gas and ignoring FID type? Thanks.
