I have the response factor, Relative response factor standard deviation and relative SD for an internal standard printed from MassLynx 4.1. How do I verify that MassLynx is calcuating items properly and calculate this on a different format such as excel? I have std. conc (1.0), retention time, area, response, concentration, % deviation, and S/N.
