Hi everyone!
Did anyone come across this message:
'Plunger Drive 1' (force limit exceeded)."
It is CTC Pal3 System with LI and HSS sample tool. LI works fine all the time, but with HSS we get this message.
We tray with new syringe, CTC Pal FW, Reinstal MH and stil the same message.
