HPLC Impurities method transfer Acceptance criteria

In relation to doing inter lab comparison on individual impurities that are present at a level of just about the LOQ level, how do you compare?. For example if the transferring lab shows an impurity at 0.09% percent and the LOQ is 0.08%. Lets say the receiving site sees the impurity at below 0.08%…how do you then compare. Do you simply just say ‘‘below LOQ’’ vs 0.09%?
