Does anyone know how to verify that the calibration curve (#x ^2 + #x + x) that masslynx is calcuating for a 2nd order, weighting of1/x can be verified on a different program to show that the Masslynx is using the right formula and is working properly?

Also does anyone know how verify the response factor (RF curve) and RRF SD and relative SD for masslynx data?

Do a Google search for "weighted least squares" + Excel. I believe there are add-in packages for Excel that will do weighted least squares.
