Hi All,
I have some questions about quads/MSD. I have a trap and have no experience of others:
1) In full scan eg 40-350 - how many data points/sec is it possible to have?
2) 100:1 0.1ul do you get overload for concentrated samples?
3) With 10 injections what RSD is achievable?
4) Does the spectra skew across the peak?
