HOW TO INCREASE THE ANALYTE DETECTION IN GC/MS. FOR EXAMPLE AMPHETAMINE IS DETECTED TO QUALITY 35% ONLY. HOW CAN I INCREASING IT WHEN RERUN? BY INCREASING INJECTION TEMP? SOURECE TEMP? CAREIER FLOW?

You increase your detection by either getting more material to the detector (larger injection or prevent degredation in the inlet) or by incresing sensitivity of the detector. Increasing the sensitivity of the detector may involve simply cleaning the MS source or may simply require increasing detector voltage (if it is not at the max already).
Or look at the sample preparation procedure to ensure that the sample is sufficiently concentrated before you get to the GC.
