I have been assigned the joyous task of putting together a protocol for qualifying our HPLCs. I have done loads of searching online, but still seem lost on how to set up something like this in chemstation. I would love to hear any suggestions or help that anyone has on this topic!

I am also searching for standards for the qualification.

Thanks in advanced!

Those agilent systems ship with that automated OQ/PQ testing (at least the "A" revisions of chemstation did). Just run that ... at the end it dumps out about a 150 page report of everything that was done and if it passed for failed. Covers just about everything you could think of. The standard used is caffeine.
