USP 467 Class 2 mixture C missing from procedure?

Is there a reason why the preparation for Class 2 mixture C is not included in the procedure? I am wondering if this standard is necessary for residual solvents analysis as per USP <467>?

I don't know why it isn't a part of <467>.

if your testing as per <467> following procedure A and then B. You only should need the class 1 mixture and the class 2 mixtures A and B.
