Dear colleagues,
I am having some issues with an Agilent 7890 installed in the lab. Basically, the problem is that measured split flow is ten times lower than the value read in the front panel for both inlet ports. Column flow is ok. So, I wonder if someone could give a hand with this issue since EPC module is very expensive and I need to be completely sure that it will solve the problem.
I look forward to your support.
Regards,
Alejandro

Maybe you measure split flow with gas saver on.
You will find help here but you must give us more details.
List all gas connected settings for one of the inlets and add measured flows.

Also be sure you measure at the large outlet for split flow and not the smaller outlet which is septum purge.

What are the column flow and split ratio settings?

Column diameter and inlet pressure can also help diagnosis.
