Shimadzu Prominence instrument manuals

Bought a used Shimadzu Prominence XR UFLC system last year from a third party, it did not come with any instrument manuals. I have tried: 1. random internet searching, 2. contacting Shimadzu tech support, and 3. contacting the company we bought the instrument from. No luck so far. Why is this so hard?
We have two LC-20AD XP pumps, DGU-20A3 degasser, CBM-20A bus, SIL-20AC XR autosampler w rack changer/c, and a SPD-20AV UV detector.
