Did anybody here use microchips in liquid chromatography?
I am suppose to fabricate one and then compare efficiency, peak capacity of it as a column in HPLC and Enhanced Fluidity LC (mobile phase is usually mixture of methanol or acetonitrile and wated and carbon dioxide).
Do you have any suggestions where to start in fabrication?

I have used the Agilent Chip and works well. Waters and Eksigent are also coming out with their own versions. But their fabrication is not a small task and I wonder if you know what you are getting yourself into. Is it part of an academic project or not?
