Column Chromatography for THCA?

I’m following this guide https://herb.co/guides/how-to-make-thc- ... -on-earth/

And I need a little help outlining the chromatography process. Reddit didn’t provide much help.

How much silica to Sephadex-LH20 do I use? Because I noticed Sephadex LH-20 is expensive.
Also how much silica do I need overall?
How much oil can I add to how much Sephadex and silica?
And when it says to use chloroform and dichloromethane I read somewhere that a 2:1 ratio will do.

Do I mix the chloroform/dichloromethane on top of the sand layer in the column or do I mix the them with the Sephadex-LH20 and crude oil?

Here is the other post I found: https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=315812

Can someone just clarify what ratios I can use and if the Sephadex LH-20, chloroform, dichloromethane and crude oil sample all go in the same layer with the silica or do you add a layer of sand between the chloroform/dichloromethane combo and the Sephadex-LH20, silica and oil?
Or do you run each chemical separately one by one collecting the fractions and rotovaping between each the Sephadex LH-20 and chloroform/dichloromethane?

Thank you for your time!

If you have to ask, you shouldn't be doing it. Here's what your first reference states:
