Agilent HPLC pump adjustment

Hi all,
I repaired my agilent hplc pump drive motor, but the encoder index position is not adjusted properly and I get errors during pump initializing: Index Limit, Index Adjustment , ... .

Does anyone have experience with this or have the service manual?

Agilent 1084B? Agilent 1050? Agilent 1090?

Isocratic pump? Binary? Quaternary?
