Thermo Vanquish

Does anybody here in the US service Thermo Vanquish instruments? Besides Thermo I suppose which I imagine does.
Thermo does indeed, we have a contract with them.
Since this is a new platform, I presume only Thermo can service at this point.
But, given that Vanquish will never become a bestseller which you would find in every other lab, I am afraid there will be no alternative.
