The column is Acclaim Trinity P1 column (Dionex). It provides cation-exchange, anion-exchange and reversed-phase based on nanopolymer silica hybrid technology. Put it in a simple way, you can separate sodium ion, chloride and toluene (neutral) within one analysis. More information can be found from the same linker.
The mobile phase is acetonitrile and ammonium acetate and ELSD is used for detection.
This column is designed for pharmaceutical applications, including counterion analysis. You have the flexibility to adjust the retention time and elution order (in many cases) using this column, if needed.
