separation of NAD isomers

Hi, recently we came across a paper where in the NAD (1,6 / 1,4 / 1,2 dihydro nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) isomers were separated by DEAE cellulose columns. We prepared similar compounds, but we don't have this cellulose columns. can any one suggest Purification conditions, solvent, pH etc using any other reverse phase columns, preferrably C18 columns.

You'll have to use ion pairing with C18 phase.

I think you'll have better luck purifying these compounds using Unison UK-Amino.
Below is an application for coenzymes (using volatile buffer):
