SPE Class A requirement? Graduated conical centrifuge tubes

Those of you doing SPE extractions. I've been thinking of using glass graduated centrifuge tubes for doing final blow down. Is there a "class A" requirement to get a consistent volume?

Probably need to check the methods to see if required. We are required by SOP to use them. We use the 1ml Class A volumetric test tubes for our final volume adjustment.
With a graduated centrifuge tube you will at least know you are in the 500-700ul range before transferring. I have gotten pretty good at estimating how much is in the 1ml then using a 1ml syringe to wash the initial tube used for concentration with the amount needed to top it off then using a disposable pipette wash the sides a couple times then use that to bring to volume. If you can get accurate centrifuge tubes then that would probably work even better.
