Interpreting ion source ramps

After about 3 weeks of injecting only TO-15 standards, the BFB tune check for our 5975C exceeded the 75/95 ratio criterion by a few percentage points. I can simply retune, but I wanted to see if there was an underlying problem, so I performed the ion source ramps using each filament. Below are the results.
The repeller and ion focus ramps seem to look OK. But the entrance lens ramp for the 69 ion doesn't look so good. Is this the case? Is something wrong? And the emission ramp looks unusual, but again I am not sure.
I last tuned using atune with an adjusted ion focus lens voltage.
