Mercaptopurine in plasma by LC-MS/MS

Dear Friends
Does anybody have any method to detect mercaptopurine in plasma samples and analyze it by LC-MS???
In the literature there are lot of methods using perchloric acid deproteinization and HPLC. I tested lot of deproteinization and SPE methods but the recovery is too low.
