7697A Headspace Interface Liner Installation

Just a quick question what is your advice on the proper tricks on how to install the liner either the Prosteel or the Fused Silica 0.530mm
I keep braking and getting leaks .
greatly appretiated if there a video o parts numbers or how you have manage to install the liner to the GC properly without braking the liner. thanks in advance
