We have MassHunter, Excel, LIMS.
For reporting we use LIMS and for that we need to convert data into LIMS.
We do:
1. Calculations in MassHunter, then
2. Exporting(converting) data into Excel, then
3. Uploading dry matter information and weight, into Excel, then
4. Exporting into LIMS
--------------------------
I need to simplify this process. And for that I want to import Dry Matter and weighting data direclty into MassHunter? To present this information on MassHunter spreadsheet - in a separate columns?

From the forums neither google, there is no information, how to IMPORT data into MassHunter (MS Quantitative analysis).

Hi There!

It is definitely possible to automate all of this within MassHunter and eliminate the extra step of using excel prior to exporting your data to LIMS but it's not necessarily simple to set up from within the Masshunter interface. You would need to develop custom scripts within MassHunter to import your weight data and apply. These scripts can be written in either c# or Python programming languages and you can download the SDK for Masshunter from Agilent which includes some example scripts.

If you need some assistance with doing this, it is definitely something our company could help you with- we've written a lot of scripts for Masshunter data processing before! Send me a message if you're interested.
